Supportive Care to Fight Covid-19 Infection


1.       Always bear three-layer mask.

2.       Social distancing.

3.       Don’t go out side from the home if not necessary.

4.       Wash your hands with soap and sanitize hands frequently

5.       Stam inhalation with Tulsi leaf 5 times a day.

6.       Maintain Cross ventilation in home.

7.       Take high protein diet

8.       Use plenty of Lemon water

9.       Take Chawanprash with Cow milk.

10.   Golden milk two times a day

11.   Lukewarm wetter 3 to 4 liters per day.

12.   Use Zink, Calcium and Multivitamin.

13.   Kapoor and Guggulu dhoopan once a day.

14.   Ashwagandha Churana

15.   Giloya (tinospora cordifolia)

16.   Anu Tailam nashya

17.   Tulasi swarash

18.   Breathing exercise

19.   Don’t take cold water

20.   Agnidipan

21.   Take vaccination as per the guidelines issued by Government of India.

22.   Take extra care for diabetic, pregnant, hypertensive, renal disease, heart patients etc.

23.   Swarnsutshekhar Rasha.

24.   Meditation.

25.   Use green tea instead of tea.

26.   Amalaki Churna.

27.   Sessional fruits.

28.   Vitamin b complex.

29.   Mulethi Churna.

30.   Apply Til tailam and saindhav namak over chest.

31.   Gregale with lukewarm water and salt.

32.   Avoid cold things.
